Our ABCG Certification Process
01. Complete One Year of Intensive Practice
Build a strong foundation in cosmetic gynecology by completing 12 months of immersive, hands-on practice that reflects your focus and expertise in the specialty.
02. Start with Level 1 (2 Days)
Begin with foundational training in non-surgical cosmetic gynecology. Attend lectures, engage in hands-on sessions, and complete a 25-question MCQ exam to earn your Diploma in Non-Surgical Cosmetic Gynecology.
03. Complete Level 2 to Earn Your Fellowship (2 Days)
Advance to surgical techniques with focused lectures and practical training. Passing the 25-question MCQ exam qualifies you for the fellowship in surgical cosmetic gynecology.
04. Post Level 2 (1 Year)
Log 20 non-surgical and ten surgical cases over the course of a year to build experience and prepare for advanced certification.
05. Take Level 3 & Pass the Exam
Attend advanced lectures, refine your skills with hands-on training, and complete comprehensive final exams to earn your board certification in cosmetic gynecology.
06. Get Recertified After 7 Years
Maintain your certification by retaking the written and oral exams every seven years. Pass the written and oral exams, pay the $2,500 fee, and reaffirm your commitment to excellence in patient care.

Dr. Ayman El-Attar is a renowned Aesthetic Physician and Surgeon, currently serving as the President of the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology. He founded the International Aesthetic Gynecology Congress in Dubai and Asia Pacific in 2018 and is also the President of the American Aesthetic Association.

Dr. Mona Hardas
Michigan
Dr. Mona Hardas is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynecologist specializing in cosmetic gynecology and laparoscopic and robotic surgery. A member of the MRCOG and FACOG, she’s also trained at ISCG and IACG. As an Associate Clinical Professor at Michigan State University and a faculty member at the Functional Gynecology Institute, she has been teaching Cosmetic Gynecology since 2007.

Dr. George Kroumpouzos
Dr. George Kroumpouzos is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Brown University and the founder of GK Dermatology. He is internationally recognized for his work in aesthetic dermatology and genital rejuvenation. Dr. Kroumpouzos has published over 150 articles and several books, including the Text Atlas of Obstetric Dermatology. He is on the boards of both the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology and the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
